1. What time does start operating and how long does each visit take?
 
There will be two type working shifts
1 - Morning / Afternoon Shift
2 - Everning Shift

2. Will I always here the same maid?
 
Every effort will be made to send the same maid each time. There might occasionally be changes due to illness, off days, vacation or they may be no longer working for H2O.
   
3. Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
  Cleaning supplies and normal equipments such as brooms, mops, feather dusters, ladders, vacuum cleaner, etc. must be provided by the customer.
   
4. Do I have to be home when you clean?
  Yes, we encourage our customers to have somebody at the premise when we are cleaning as H2O will not be held liable should any losses be reported during the course of our visit.
   
5. What do I do with my indoor pets?
 
Please ensure that your pets are properly in their cages during our visit. Many pets become anxious when people they are unfamiliar with enter the house.
   
6. How long do I need to wait and how do I pay for the services?
 
We will need approximately 3 days for our visit to begin.  You are required to pay us one month in advance for the amount of visit requested during that month.  Payment can be made by cash or cheque payable to H2O Cleaning Services Sdn Bhd.
   
7. Will there be a refund if I cancel your visit?
 
Customers must inform us of any cancelled visit 3 days in advance and we will be glad to bring forward your payment to next visit. However, if we should receive the cancellation later than 3 days, H2O will not be providing any refund. If we are unable to gain access to your home during our visit. H2O will also not provided any refunds
   
8. What do that maids clean?
  Our maids will take up to 4 hours to clean up your house according to the list of our services provided.
   
9. Can I request for more than one maid?
  We can provide more than one maid if there is a request from our customers.
   
10. Should I tip the maid?
  Tip is strictly up to the discretion of the customer.
   
11. What if my regular visits falls on a public holiday?
 
There will be No additional charges on Sunday and public holiday as we will need to provide reimbursements to the maids working on those days.
